Train Birthday Cake

I had the opportunity to create a 3D Train Cake for a friends birthday. I made a marble cake and covered it in buttercream. I used oreos for the wheels and robin's eggs for cargo. I also used licorice to connect the train cars.
Christmas Cake

I created this cake for Christmas Dinner with my family. I used a pyrex bowl to make the dome shape of the cake. It is covered in a marshmallow fondant icing with a layer of homemade buttercream icing underneath. The trees and snowmen are also made of fondant.

I created this cake for my daughter's 2nd Birthday. We had a Rubber Ducky Theme. It is a classic vanilla 2 layered cake. It is covered in a marshmallow fondant icing with a layer of traditional homemade buttercream icing underneath. The duck and the bubbles are also made out of fondant.
