Cake Decorating Classes

Founded by Bryanne and Bonnie Williams, AZ Cake Shoppe offers Wilton cake decorating courses and numerous specialty classes.

Wilton courses are held monthly and include:  Decorating Basics, Flowers & Cake Design, Gum Paste & Fondant.  Each course consists of four 2-hour classes.

Specialty classes cover popular cake decorating skills and seasonal projects, such as how to make candy bouquets, candy making for beginners, sugar painting, chocolate transfers, gelatin bouquets, edible jewels, gum paste flowers, cake sculpting, cake pops, and Christmas cookies.

On request, Bryanne and Bonnie are available for private parties and special events.
