Cake Decorating Classes

The Blue Cake Company in Little Rock offers cake decorating classes for adults and children.  Blue Cake is a bakery that makes desserts, cookies, dessert cakes, and special occasion cakes--from scratch and with a fun, modern style.  Customers may make custom orders or purchase retail desserts.

Cake decorating classes at The Blue Cake Company are 2 to 4-hour sessions including, for example:

• Beginning Fondant-Learn how to torte, frost, and fondant a cake; cover it with decorations, such as zebra, polka dot, and flower designs;
• Kids' Halloween Cakes-A class for kids (parents may help);
• Dog Figure Modeling-Make a dog figurine and include it in a cake design;
• Holiday Cupcakes and Cookies; and
• Stacked Present Cake-Cover with fondant and stack square cakes; decorate with modeling chocolate and a cute elf.
