Cake Decorating Classes

Cake Art has been offering cake and candy decorating classes, and selling cake decorating and candy making supplies, since 1977.  Their Wilton Method Instructors have an average of over 10 years instructing experience.  They teach Wilton Method classes and other specialty classes and demonstrations.

Core courses and classes include:

• Cake Art 1-Wilton  Method Decorating Basics (four 2-hour classes);
• Cake Art 2- Wilton Method Flowers & Cake Design (four 2-hour classes);
• Cake Art 3-Wilton Gumpaste & Fondant (four 2-hour classes);
• Cake Art 4-Cake Art's Wedding Cake Class;
• Candy 123-Candy making demonstration;
• Advanced Candy Making-Hands-on instruction;
• Beginning Fondant; and
• Advanced Fondant.
