Cake Decorating Classes

Lorraine's School of Cake Decorating in Hanover offers cake decorating and candy making classes, for adults and children.  The school was founded over 30 years ago by professional cake decorator, Lorraine Frisbee, and her husband, Jim Frisbee, candy maker.  The Frisbees also run Lorraine's Cake Supply, which carries a large inventory of cake, candy, and cookie making supplies.

Lorraine's School offers cake decorating courses, mini-classes, and children's classes.  Scheduled courses consist of several weekly classes and include:

• Decorating Basics (adult and teen versions offered),
• Flowers & Cake Design,
• Gum Paste & Fondant,
• Lorraine's Gum Paste Flowers.

Mini-classes include:

• Tiered Cake Demonstration,
• Basic Candy Demonstration,
