Cake Decorating Classes

Crawford's Creations offers cake decorating classes all year round, provides made-to-order desserts, and sells cake decorating supplies.

Students may choose from a broad selection of topics and arrange a private or small group class.  To learn about mini-workshops scheduled periodically, one may sign up for Crawford's bimonthly newsletter by sending an email request.

For beginners, Crawford's Creations offers a course called "Learn to Decorate".  Students learn basic techniques in two 4-hour sessions.

Single session classes are 2, 3, or 4 hours long.  Topics for 4-hour classes include:

• Decorating with Fondant,
• So You Want to Sell Your Cakes,
• Preventing Wedding Cake Woes, and
• Beyond Wilton—Enhancing Cake Decorating Skills.
